'After just spending a week in other hotels for a family vacation , we opted to stop on our way home. This hotel was super clean, excellent staff and the best room of our trip with comfortable beds. The only criticism is that the hot tub was out of servive and the pool seemed dirty. Breakfast was amazing! Thank you!'

'Sort of a hidden gem in 'the middle of nowhere'. Located almost on the I5, but absolutely no noise in the rooms, so that was a great start. Just as the check in by the really friendly staff. We would recommend dining at Farwood Bar & Grill in Orland 'Downtown'. Best burger I had ever had and a 'local' feel'. This town incl. hotel was a great experience.'

'My wife and I were looking forward to coming back to Chico. We hadn't been back for couple of years and were coming back to our homfetown of over 40 years before retirement, to attend a wedding of our good friends' son. The wedding was formal, tuxedos, back dresses, the whole thing.We traveld over 200 miles and got into town the day before the wedding. Needles to say, we were very disappointed when we started to get ready for the wedding the next day to discover that we had no hot water in the...

'Overall, my stay was great. There was a bit of trouble (for me) in finding the place, and some difficulties with getting in, but otherwise everything was perfect. Everything was well-decorated and working, and there was a great place to park. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're looking to stay close to Chico State (15 minute walk, 5 minute drive). I would absolutely stay again!'

'The lovely cottage, amazing pool, covered deck, beautiful landscaping, cute dogs, and kind hosts combine to make for the perfect oasis in Chico. I'm grateful to have been able to stay there while moving my son into Chico State. '
