« We stayed at Perched in the Trees to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect! Such a lovely retreat that feels so far away and secluded, but is close to great food and attractions. We were especially impressed with our takeout dinner (the crab cakes were delicious!) from Jimmy Joy’s, which we enjoyed eating on the screened porch. « Cutest little house in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, and the very comfortable bed. It was quiet and relaxing in this home, and it was so nice to have the essentials provided (like coffee, sugar, creamer, garbage bags, paper towels, detergent). Very close to the brewery, and to the center of town. »

« Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful property on a secluded lot with pleasant views of woods and mountains all around. For two people, there is more than enough space for anything you are likely to want to do. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked and the furniture is all wet comfortable.About a 12-minute drive into the center of Berkeley Spring, and about 25 minutes to Cacapon State Park. Highly recommended. »

If you are looking to get away and enjoy the peaceful tranquility of nature, or if you enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and everything outdoors, this place is for you! « This place isn’t just “beautiful luxury cabin in the woods” because even though there are houses nearby, you truly feel like you’re alone as you sit out on the deck, soaking in the peace and quiet. The house itself is beautiful inside, with plenty of space to gather and enjoy. We loved relaxing on the porch, spending time in the main living room, and coming together in the kitchen around the island as we cooked our meals. Every room felt private and quiet, which made for such a relaxing...

« This is an excellent house well set up for families and larger groups. We really enjoyed the layout of the house, multiple bathrooms and hot tub. Note that the internet is not super strong. We tried streaming and it wasn't possible. Not a problem but if you are planning on streaming it's not much of an option. We enjoyed the local activities and would return again. It was well equipped and has all you need for a retreat, or place to go an check out various activites. Thank you! »

« We had a great stay - the cabin was well stocked and clean. We mostly stayed outdoors and enjoyed the incredible view, it rained quite a bit but we didn't mind because the covered porch was a perfect place to sit and immerse yourself in nature. Great location to relax and unwind! »
