When we arrived, the desk agent had trouble finding our reservations because the computer system was down. « Unfortunately, the water heater broke and there was no hot water in the bldg. Most it would get was luke warm. Since it was the holiday weekend there was a delay in getting it fixed. We received a discount but most patrons left. And if we didn't have only one night left, we would have as well. Other than that it was a nice hotel. »
