'Very well run'

'The check in was super easy. It is a nice house in a great location. There were a few things different from any stays I've had before: food in the fridge and cupboards, a full dish of pet food in the middle of the kitchen floor, empty beer can in the sink, the upstairs was blocked off but the lights were on and a window was open (which was odd to come back to at night), no binder with info inclucing wifi password, if we needed to strip beds, etc. One bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean...

'The unit was actually ready before check in time and the host let me know. The host was quick to respond to any questions I asked. Easy checkout procedures. Very quiet neighborhood for Jacksonville. Would stay again.'

'Stacy was a responsive and friendly host. I appreciate her and her place. The house was in a good location as it was a good hub to many other places around. The house is spacious and had anything you could need. My 11 & 1 year old really enjoyed the house and so did I. Though we didn't have the chance to use it, the outdoor space was great. We will definitely consider staying there again!'
