'Outside of the hotel and the lobby give a nice first impression. Our room smelled incredibly musty and was humid, despite having the a/c on. The a/c unit has visible mold in the vents. The door to the bathroom did not lock or even latch. The faucet in the shower felt like it could fall off any second.'
