« Cet hôtel n'est pas comme les autres car l'accueil y est vraiment top. Nous avons été accueillis comme si nous étions en chambre d'hôtes. Nous avons eu toutes les explications nécessaires, des cookies et popcorn maison, vraiment un accueil aux petits soins. Les chambres ne sont pas très modernes mais confort et avec le nécessaire. »

So you will see construction workers around you and trucks passing in front of your windows. *NO WIFI -- wifi was ok when I checked in but not working in the morning. There is no service in the area so your cell phone will not work. *NO HOT WATER -- water was hot for 2 minutes but then it was only lukewarm. « Not recommended to stay here during summer months. The only airflow is from having windows open but there aren’t any screens on them so bugs come in. The house has lots of character but feels unattended to, lots of spider webs and spiders and the bathroom had hair all over the ground and shower. There was also an open area in the bathroom wall which allowed clear visibility from the upstairs looking down into the bathroom (shower entrance) area. That was very uncomfortable and we recommended...

I knew that the cabin didn't have electricity and running water and as advertised had a porta potty for a bathroom.I have lived of grid plenty of times in my life , so that didn't bother me. « What a wonderful place. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The hosts thought of everything! There were so many thoughtful things such as snacks in the fridge and a variety of soaps in the bathroom. The view was beautiful as well. »

« Awesome place, super quiet. Wished it had a small fenced in yard but only a minor inconvenience as I think the owners use the place in the off season. Jason was super pleasant, accommodating and responsive. You won't have a problem here unless you bring it with you. »

« Clean and beds were comfortable. They are using portable heaters so not the warmest but we were not in the cabin much during the day. The view of lake is nice. They forgot to stock extra rolls of toliet paper so we had to go to the lodge to get more. Breakfast is one cereal or instant oatmeal and only available for an hour. The owners were pleasant. They did not respond in the app so you have to call them. »
