The room was spotless, and I was really impressed with how clean the entire hotel was — from the elevators to the hallways. The free coffee was a great bonus, and I also loved the convenience of the items for sale downstairs. Everything felt comfortable, clean, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!'

'Staff was not helpful or friendly other than Monet who went above and beyond. We had to ask multiple times for our room to be cleaned. Breakfast had minimal offerings. Overall not a great stay.'

'The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options.'

'The property should have communicated how to get the keys after hours more accurately. The information provided in the app was 100% misleading and false. The only way to have received keyed would have been to call the after hours letter line.'

'Not gonna lie, I was expecting the worst because of the price, but turns out I really really enjoyed my stay here, the room was well worth it, very organized and clean and comfortable. I thought because I was paying 60 bucks that It would be bad but it was very nice neat and clean, everything was beyond my expectations! Will stay over and over again if I’m ever in Dothan,Alabama'
