'Breakfast was pretty poor. The gravy was all gone, the biscuits were hard as a rock. We had to ask for more yogurt. Only one staff person so she was checking people out and trying to keep up with the breakfast.'

'Quite location'

'Room was a good size nd bed comfortable.'

'Great amenities. The common space is large and quite comfortable. You have to pay for the breakfast, but there is a large area to comfortably sit, eat, and watch tv. Complementary coffee, water, and pizza in the late afternoon.'

'Very disappointing stay at the Days Inn in Troy. The woman working at the front desk was nice, but the condition and cleanliness of the rooms were unacceptable. We had to switch rooms because of a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the first room. There were also holes in the comforter. Unfortunately, the second room still had an unpleasant smell. The floor was dirty, and there were what appeared to be blood spots on the couch. We ended up going to Walmart...

'We didn't even stay he said he had no rooms even though I got the room online, he still stated there was no rooms. When I could plainly see the top and bottom level in the front side was empty. They charge $50 for a deposit that you get back, if you use a card that's 5-7 business days. I will not be back at this place. Most of his rooms have something wrong with them anyway & it's an act of congress to get anything done!'

'Some decent amenities and staff was very good. However, elevator was not working at all and we had 2nd floor rooms. Ice machine was also not working so we had to go through staff to get ice. Carpet seemed a bit old and dirty. A bit dusty in places. And a large humidifier was parked in the hallway. The employees did what they could, but we will not stay there again.'

'First I'll say that Pat tried her best to help and is the only reason the staff rating was as high as I gave it. I stayed for 5 nights. The 1st 3 in room 220. A burned out light, pressure in the sink was too high and splashed me. Worst was the toilet thatdidn't flush. I has to reach into the tank and flush it manually. Maintenance "fixed" it the first day by bending the flush arm instead of replacing it. It "worked for less than a day. They couldn't move me since they were full until the 3rd...

'The picnic area wasn't the best cleaned up or anything cut or anything in the pool have leaves and don't floating all over them'

'There is no way this property should be listed as a Baymont brand maybe Super 8 or equivalent'

'I was traveling solo with my dog, & booked this last minute; I have to say, it was better than I thought it’d be. The staff were receptive, & welcoming, the room was clean enough, & the hot water/water pressure was Exactly what I needed after a long day of driving. It was quiet, not many people even though there was apparently a football game going on that night, & the fact that the rooms open right into the parking lot helped with getting my dog in & out.'

'There's no motel there it been tore down for a year. expedia., takes my money, wouldn't give that back Fought with them for3 hours on the phone even city officer tried to speak to them and they wouldn't listen, told them they couldn't talk to them.\n My mom has breathing problems. Had to have oxygen. This was in the middle of the storm hurricane. And we were still left out in the street because of what happened'

'Overall, a good stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well maintained.'
