« Great room, great hotel. We ended up forgetting our cell phone charging cube and cord. The hotel has a very difficult policy for getting your property back. It is not likely we will be able to get it back. :( »

« I’ll start with the positives: the staff were wonderful—accommodating, polite, and responsive to our needs. Unfortunately, the positives largely end there. On the downside, we were initially given keys to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, and had to call the front desk to resolve the issue. The second room was clean, but the rooms themselves are quite outdated. The bathroom is very small, and the bathtub is in poor condition with peeling flooring that made my kids hesitant to use it due to...

« Hôtel récent proche de toutes les commodités. (Navette aéroport gratuité) Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Mais sur un séjour de 5 nuits le ménage a été oublié deux fois, et une troisième fois les serviettes ont été changées mais les lits pas fait. Hôtel familial donc très bruyant Le petit déjeuner est correct. Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel »

« Do not plan on getting a breakfast... they do not restock the breakfast items. So once its gone its gone. The hot tub was broken and a homeless man was sleep in the breakfast area. »

« I called three times to confirm early check-in and got the virtual assistant and when transferred it said service provider is no longer available. We were never told there was a $40 charge for early check-in. Staff didn’t tell us where our room was or where there was an elevator. The beds were horrible! »

« The entrance hall was very dirty and some weird people were coming in and out. I had to wait for the longest time at the front desk as nobody was there. They offered to put me in another of their hotel. It seemed a bit more safer. Nevertheless someone had stolen the morning coffee...and the pot smell on my floor was horrible.....weird environment. I'll never go there again. »

« I was in Hastings to participate in the Run for the Roses 5k and my wife and I stayed at the Confluence. It was all that I had hoped it would be when I booked my stay. The hotel itself was amazing, situated right on the banks of the Mississippi River. The room was fantastic as was the staff. It's close to parks, restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk. Will DEFINITELY book this hotel when we're in Hastings again »
