« The hotel and our individual room were all extremely clean. The breakfast had many options that were of high quality and great tasting. Our only problem was we had a shower that did not work in our room (for 2 nights). Our bathtub did work, but the diverter knob pulled right out of the faucet. We notified the front desk after our first night's stay (first thing in the morning) and we were given the impression it was going to be fixed that day. We stayed a second night with a broken shower. :( »

« Rooms were in varying state of disrepair or not kept up. Beds were extremely hard and on filthy boxsprings/flat frames. My room had a rectangle hole cut in the wall like a wall outlet was supposed to be there but it was just a wire. Breakfast.... was cereal with a jug of milk. Waffles were just some frozen waffles tossed in a tupperware on the counter. If you want more examples just look at the Google reviews. They are below 3 stars. Almost 2.0 at this point. »

« The staff is not friendly and didn’t ever greet nor acknowledge us. Very unwelcoming. The pool was closed for the duration of our trip (fully drained) with no mention when we booked. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. »

« Nous avions une chambre donnant sur deux routes à forte circulation et la chambre était très bruyante malgré la fenêtre fermée. Le couloir était très éclairé même la nuit et la porte laissait passer un éclairage important dans la chambre. Dans la chambre d'a côté, il y avait un chien qui jappait de temps en temps au moment de s'endormir. »

« The staff was great. Half the hotel looks like it is under a slow renovation and the room we got smelled weird. That gentleman work the front desk gave us one of the re model rooms right away. »

« The entrance hall was very dirty and some weird people were coming in and out. I had to wait for the longest time at the front desk as nobody was there. They offered to put me in another of their hotel. It seemed a bit more safer. Nevertheless someone had stolen the morning coffee...and the pot smell on my floor was horrible.....weird environment. I'll never go there again. »

« Une cuisinette sans aucun ustensiles ou assiette . Rien !! Pourquoi louer avec cuisinette s'il n'y a rien pour s'en servir . "Déjeuner" médiocre. Pain , gaufres décongelées et bagel . Rien d'autre , même pas de lait ou crème pour le café. Sérieusement c'est absurde »
