Before getting a key I was given a form to sign saying that I had to report all problems with the room immediately, otherwise, I would be charged to fix the repairs. After seeing the first room, I took several pics & showed the receptionist.She showed us 3 different rooms. However, we decided to leave. The first room had a pink stain on the bed sheet, the water did not drain out of the sink, the tub was very dirty, the wall and the door and wall had pretty visible nicks.The second room had a dirty tub and a stong bad odor. The 3rd room was nicer looking than the other two, but the bad odor was too strong. We did not stay. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to contact Expedia.That was a sad experience. I saw Hilton was on the Expedia app. After seeing that place I decided to pay more in order to have a peaceful sleep. When we got to the Hilton, the room smelled clean and I was very greatful.
