« A very reasonable rate for the accommodation, very helpful and friendly staff. We were able to have a late check out. Amazing hotel that is very nicely renovated. Beautiful room that had everything we need and very comfortable. A free drink and meal discounts. Amazing entertainment area outside with a free pool table and fires burning. So centrally located. I would highly recommend this accommodation »

« Room was gross! Needs to have everything replaced, mattress dipped and sagged. Carpet awful with stains!!! Mould on the bathroom window frame. Bathroom so unbelievably gross! I’ll never stay here again!! Very depressing to be honest!!! »

« Kitchen was very good. It had everything we needed. The room was warm although it is winter. Staff were polite and helpful. Gave us information about the local restaurants without us having to ask. Made us feel welcome. We were able to park directly outside our room. »

Somewhat dated bathroom, but it and the furniture were still in very good condition. Bathroom and room were clean. Friendly reception staff. Complimentary fresh milk available for tea and coffee. Air Conditioning / Heating worked well in winter. Would stay again. »

« It was 40c on the afternoon we arrived, and it was fantastic to find that the aircon was on and the house cool inside. It is a beautiful location, far away from everything, and had everything we needed to feel at home. »

« This was the perfect place for us to stay on our cycling trip. The setting is gorgeous and the cottage is clean, comfortable and really lovely. It contained everything we needed and more, loved the gesture of complimentary port and jam too. Highly recommend, and we hope to visit another time. »
