'Staff actually saved us money by not charging us the elevated concert price which was cancelled that’s why I give 5 stars! Property needs updating & the breakfast should be until 10am at least….. '

'When I walked in the room, the carpet fresh was so strong, when the carpet fresh scent wore off, the room had a musty old smell, probably from the old carpet that was stained and dingy. Had a bath towel with faint stains on it. I did not say anything to anyone, only stayed one night. The bed was clean and comfortable. '

'When we tried to check in the front desk said they didn’t have a reservation in my name. I showed her the confirmation from Hotels.com but she would w accommodate me. I am very disappointed in their service. I will be contacting Choice Hotels. '
