'We were in the area for a wedding and stayed a few extra days at The Amelia. We loved the hotel and had a huge 1 bedroom suite on the top floor. It felt like staying in someone’s personal home. 'The hotel was probably once an adorable boutique hotel. Now it is run down with weeds in the outdoor planters and televisions that do not work. We had to ask for towels. It is a pet friendly hotel which is not my "cup of tea" and there were lots of pets! There were two different desk clerks. One was completely clueless/unhelpful. The parking is limited & inconvenient, having to move our car from one side of the street to another to adhere to odd/even days. We enjoyed the outdoor space.'
