'My bed was covered in blood. No refund was given. Either through the hotel or Expedia. Complete disgrace.'

'Maids neither cleaned, tidied, or made the bed in our room during a 2 night stay. No fresh towels. In room coffee and coffeemaker were the pitts. Queen bed placement only allowed entry from one side of the bed as one side was 6 inches off a wall and, obviously, had no night stand. Tv was worn out, with dull, faded lighting from overuse. All colors looked muddy.'

'Overall the room is spacious and everything works. The sofa bed was very dirty, it has a huge stain on it, not sure if it is dry or not. The two queen beds are clean and comfortable.'

'The staff were very friendly and the pool and hot tub were well maintained. They had a variety of breakfast options and had great coffee! It was the perfect little staycation for my partner and I’s anniversary'

'Sadly, this structure needs updating and thorough scrubbing. The dust aggravated my asthma. Pillows were hard (not firm—hard). Bathroom was in sad shape; door couldn’t close, toilet is very old, need new towels, blow dryer did not work. The coffee in the breakfast area was good.'

'What I didn't like is that the handicapped room I reserved was "out of service" and they wanted me to have a regular, non handicapped room where I wouldn't be able to shower. The manager and front desk lady tried to find another hotel that had a handicapped room for me. This took over 35 minutes. Finally found one at the Fairfield. It was frustrating and upsetting.'
