The room we stayed in was a handicap accessible with a roll in shower, also open bed frame not platform bed. It did meet our needs. The only downfall that upset us was the parking spaces out front were quite smaller than expected for or vehicle with a side ramp. 'Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Refused our stay due to my husband's disability requiring a service animal, despite the fact that they list the hotel as accepting pets and service animals. I was told by staff my stay had been refunded. 2 days later, not only was I charged for my stay, I was also advised by another staff the refund was never issued. I am still waiting to hear back from a manager or receive a refund for a hotel room I never stayed in due to staff refusal.'
