'The shampoo bottle was half full, package of silverware was opened, the plate behind the faucet in bathroom was off, we had 3 people in the room not enough towels had only enough for 1 person, they need to defrost the refrigerator because of real thick ice buildup, did not give us the room that I reserved but still charged me the same price, no strip on toilet to let us know if it was clean or not, toiletries were not enough for 3 people really not even enough for 1 person, stains on the pillows...

'Extremely friendly host that lives adjacent to the rental. Touched base with us several times during our 2 night stay to ensure everything was OK or if we had any questions about the area. We were there to visit our granddaughter who was a camp counselor at Camp Woodmont. We did however visit DeSoto Falls and made the short trip to Lookout Mountain while we were there. The rental was a perfect location for our shot visit & would certainly recommend to others.The Wellers'

'It is real "secluded" if you like mountain view and life. You can enjoy the peace, and fresh air. When the tempreture at Fort Woth, TX over 100, here is just 83 or so. Nice place to have a vacation.'

'Our stay at the cabin was exactly what we needed. We had plenty of room and it was only about 45 minutes away from Rock City which was our main destination. For the price it was worth every penny and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We played games on the large family table, cooked breakfast and watched movies. We spent a day at Rock City and it was nice to come home to the cabin. My only complaint is that we wish there was another TV upstairs. Otherwise we were happy campers!'

'This was a clean, well-designed tiny house with a beautiful drive to get there. It worked well for 4 people; it would have been tight for 6 people. Everything went very smoothly for us, except that Google Maps led us to the wrong house. We had to drive a bit to find it. Communication to and from the host was quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend!'

'This place is beautiful. The photographs do not do it justice! The view is stunning, sunsets are spectacular. Sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset was a highlight of our stay. Already booked another stay for our anniversary!'

'Super nice little farm house. Our only issue was that we have a 3 year old outdoor loving little boy and didn't realize the house was so close to the four lane US Hwy 27 with only about 40 or 50 feet between the front door and 65 MPH traffic. We should have researched it better so it was our mistake. The little outdoor area was nice and the traffic noise was tolerable but if it had been enclosed with a fence and gate - the peace of mind factor would have been greatly increased.'

'We stayed here for my mom's 84th birthday, and it was amazing! The cabin is beautiful, and it was very convenient to the places we wanted to visit. The owners communicated well and were proactive. We loved enjoying the breeze on the back porch. It couldn't have been a better trip!'

'I don’t even know where to start! This was such a cool place!! I have nothing negative to say. The views were amazing, the set up of the grounds were so accessible and accommodating. We watched the 250th celebration from the mountain watching the sky light up with fireworks all below us for miles!! So peaceful and close to amazing places to explore. We will be back!!'

'Beautiful cabin. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend curtains for the front door and thicker curtains for the rest of the windows. Loved having the kitchen stocked with appliances, cookware and utensils. Code to get in wasn’t given until we were already there and didn’t have good cell service. It did eventually come through, though. Cabin was very clean and well cared for.'
