'hotel needs a total make over. It is old, worn out, beds smell, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, everyting was sticky and filthy'

'When I varrived i noticed thecremote would not conrol the volume of the tv and the tv power could not be switched with remote. Told the front desk and they took no action. I then discovered the telephone did not work. Again I asked the front desk to fix the problem and they did nothing. Having no phone means no 911 service in an emergency. Not impressed by the staff at this hotel.'

'The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was nice. Location is great. The only downfall is that the room was extremely warm. The controls were off, so you couldn’t adjust the heat. They did have fans in the room but it was still really warm. '

'We stayed during March Break, the hotel was nice, pool was great and breakfast was really good. I am totally okay with kids having fun during the March break, however, we were up most of the night due to kids running down the halls, screaming and banging on all the doors. We went to the desk twice and the response we got was “we apologize it is March break”. We have a four year old with us, who was unable to sleep due to other peoples kids not being able to follow the rules. '

'De entree was goed. De vloer van de kamer was extreem vies. De badkamer zwaar verouderd met kapotte kraan en geen afzuiging. Het ontbijt was met plastic bordjes en bestek. Het slechtste hotel tijdens ons hele verblijf in Canada. Niet Wyndham waardig '

'Everything was great for our three night stay which has been a tradition each Nov/Dec for the past three years. Everything in the bachelor suite was great, clean and in good shape. When we had some challenges with our toilet on our last day, Mike was at the site and came quickly to try to fix it. 'Our stay was wonderful. Sarah was quick to reply with clear information. Entry to the home was hassle free. Certainly not any fault of Sarah's but it was a bit of a bother that we had to be careful with water consumption due to the unusually dry summer. That aside, I would book it again.'
