« Pool was closed we never got offered our room to be cleaned, no clean towels or wash cloths. »

« This location was delightful! We arrived late and the pool was still open so the kids could get their road trip energy out. There were delicious cookies, the staff were ALL so kind and friendly, and the view over the lake was exceptional. Great stay, delicious breakfast, and 25 hr coffee. Happy parents, happy kids. »

« We were a family group of 12. Beautiful location, clean, plenty of space, plenty of dishes, pans, etc in good condtion, great pantry space. Loved the water "toys"! The dock was pretty much all shaded this time of year but the water was atill warm so we made good use of the water float pad, kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets (all sizes and in good condition). We have 2 little ones so it was great not having to haul a pack n play and high chair. Loved the long dining table. Host was easy to...

« Our visit to Norris lake was incredible. Our contact with the guest was immediate and so helpful. We were not only given information about the condo but also with things to do and places to go at Norris Lake. The location of the condo provided easy access to the heated, clean pool and boat slip and a beautiful view from the condo porch which we really enjoyed.the condo was stalked with everything we needed and more. We plan to return and we highly recommend this rental. »
