'The WiFi would not connect, they advertised streaming services but there was no remote for the TV. We were given two small bath towels for the entire 4 night stay. The bed only had sheets, but no blanket as pictured. The bed had a broken leg. The maid service entered our room, without knocking, 1 full day before our expected check out date. '

'This is a tastefully decorated and updated townhouse in a quaint borough. That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). 'Pros: Room is a good size and location for the rate. Plenty of food and drink options steps away from the hotel. Highly recommend both tattooed mom and momoka for lunch and dinner. Both are 1-2mins walk away. Room was clean and came with bottled water and a small snack. A little bit of street noise but they provide a white noise machine and ear plugs. Cons: Check in was complicated. You have to check in online and upload pictures of your id ahead of time. There is no front desk to talk to....

'Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round'
