'The kitchen was fully stocked; unfortunately, we were only there for really a full 24 hours, so we didn't use it. We did use the washer/dryer. Only thing I can suggest to other patrons, please adhere to the noise policy of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. We had new patrons in the apartment above us the day after we arrived and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. I didn't know how to inform the staff of this issue and not really sure what could have been done, but I'm grateful we had one night of...

'Great place, and attentive owners!'

'Nice and spacious apartment in the center of Savannah. The apartment was in the style of the city. We stayed in this apartment for four nights. We had everything we needed, except a wasmachine and drier (it will be a nice feature, not only for the people who are staying at the apartment, but also because the used towels started to smell achter few nights). The parking next to the apartment was great and save.'

'Very clean, well built and beautifully landscaped. The cottage had everything we needed right there. It was perfect for us.'

'The property was centrally located to everything that we wanted to see. Parked in one of the garages for two days the cost was about $30 for two days which was wonderful. The property was clean and quiet for sleeping bed very comfortable would’ve like a real coffee pot, but it worked would definitely stay here again.'

'Charming, clean and comfortable.We had a small issue when we first arrived, but our host Cyndy was quick to respond and help us resolve the issue! Within walking distance of two great local restaurants, Chiriya’s Thai Cuisine And just across the street Finches Sandwiches & Sundries great sandwiches and drinks. Oh, and fetches also does cemetery tours. We didn’t have time but give it a go next time.Thanks for hosting us!We recommend and would stay here again!'

'The host welcomed us, the place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The fenced in back yard, grill, and seating areas around the sparkling pool were perfect! '

'Place was convenient. Overall it was a little on the dirty side. I pulled two plates out of the cabinet and both had left over food on them, no one has dusted on top of the fridge or dryer. The wallpaper is also peeling off the wall and you can see where the AC has leaked in the living room and straight down the wall onto the photo. Oh there is also mold in one of the closest, only seen it because I used the broom.. Place needs some TLC for sure. '

'What a beautiful house! It is obviously very old, but updated quite nicely. And it was so nice for almost every room to have its own bathroom. It is also a great central location - a short walk one way to the river and a short walk the other way towards Forsythe Park. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again!'
