'While the houseboat was clean there are some serious structural issues with the property. I speak as a yatch owner, do speak from experience. Let’s start:1. The boat is taking on water from the port side, this is either saturated pontoon or hull issues as the boat slants to port side! This is not tide nor tie up issue nor weight distribution.2. 'Great location however I think the owners were trying to sweat us out. We asked them to help with the temp and they just gave us a second box fan. We woke up and went to sleep in about 95 degrees. This is intended to be a long term option so hospitality is limited. You will need to ask for extras, if needed. No one answers the phone on the weekend.
