'The check in process went smoothly and the staff were welcoming. We enjoyed the gift bag in our room. Liked the parking on site. Breakfast was included and there were so many choices. Definitely would stay here again if needed a place to stay in Lake Geneva.'

'The house was cute and backyard was fully fenced and perfect for your furbabies. The kitchen had what ypu need, couch was a little stained (happens n vrbos all the time) but so super comfy!!! Great location, perfect for what we need. The stairs were a bit steep, and bedrooms upstairs, so if you have difficulty with stairs, be sure to have help.'

'We had a very disappointing experience with this VRBO rental. Before our stay, we unfortunately had a death of a horse and needed to cancel. The host declined our request and only offered a 50% refund, which put us in a difficult position. Since we couldn’t recover most of our money, we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway.
Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was far below expectations. There were dishes in the drying rack on the counter. Newspapers all over the counter. Dirty sponge...
