'The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

'We had a very disappointing experience with this VRBO rental. Before our stay, we unfortunately had a death of a horse and needed to cancel. The host declined our request and only offered a 50% refund, which put us in a difficult position. Since we couldn’t recover most of our money, we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was far below expectations. There were dishes in the drying rack on the counter. Newspapers all over the counter. Dirty sponge...

'Beautiful stay here! The open layout was perfect for us. The dog was so happy here too. Large yard and all the things we needed. Kristy was so accommodating, as our needs changed several times. Thank you Kristy for adjusting to our crazy last minute schedule changes. The neighbors are all friendly as well :). We look forward to coming back for a getaway in the future. '

'The house was beautiful. Pictures did the house no justice which was a pleasant surprise! Home came with no extra toiletries ie. Toilet paper, which should be listed or mentioned during all the follow up does and don’ts emails/text. Outside of that and the few ants I saw in the kitchen everything was great. I would stay again and just know to bring my own toilet paper.'

'The rooms smelled musty. One had pet odor and remnants of cat food on the floor. Rooms had minor maintenance issues and lack of sufficient lighting. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is pleasant.'
