'Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I couldn’t find the thermostat in front of my face. Property doesn’t look like much on the outside but rooms were fairly modernized. Breakfast was just ok. Typical continental for the room price of $100. Good place for a cheap quick stay if you’re visiting a BSU student. Very close to campus.'

'The room was. nice, but the listing looked as though there would be a nice breakfast selection with hot food included, and a pool. There was no notice that the place was under renovation and that the pool was not usable. The breakfast was underwhelming. It was pretty much cereal and muffins… Part of the reason this hotel was chosen, was due to the listing & images of the breakfast and pool.'

'Our room was clean but the overall experience was poor. The towel rack was ripped off the wall in the bathroom, the main light was missing a cover, so was just an exposed bulb, and the remote was missing its battery cover. The property has been very poorly maintained overall, including the exterior where there were a number of spots with exposed plywood.'

'The hotel was infested with cockroaches. When I showed up there was literally nobody in the building or at the front desk - I had to wait 30 mins. I killed two cockroaches in my room in the first 15mins and demanded a refund and left. This place should NOT be operable and should NOT be an option to book. Absolutely disgusting and misleading on this app.'

'We always feel so at home and comfortable when we stay at College Inn. The breakfast is wonderful and owners are always so quick with communication. We definitely will be returning!'

'Great location! Super charming farm with adorable animals to pet! Great get away from the city! We went on the 4th of July weekend to get away with our dogs from the fireworks. Sirci was so helpful about answering questions and keeping us updated on the town firework schedule, which was so nice to do! Would definitely stay again!'
