« This small beachfront house is ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle of life. From the fully furnished kitchen to the back deck looking out to the beach and wonderful view of Saginaw Bay, this house was charming and had ample room for our family of six. The hosts have provided plenty of games to entertain yourself on those days or nights you need to stay inside. There is a beach firepit and there is even firewood for purchace onsite. We will be looking to book this little gem down...

« The house was spacious and very accommodating - the backyard is truly an oasis! Ron and Michelle are great hosts - we loved our week there and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful setting. »

« The cabin was extremely clean and well-stocked with coffee, cooking supplies, toiletries, extra towels etc. The owner has been communicative. It's also really close to the beach!! We had a great time. »

« We absolutely love this place. It is a hidden gem and we wish we had known about it decades earlier. We could not get over how beautiful this property is, how millions of stars light up the sky at night, how the Tittabawassee River looks like a mirror. The rooms are comfortable, beautifully Designed and very, very clean. The staff was wonderful and the food in the restaurant was terrific. « This was our second stay here and we'll probably stay again if we have at least 6 people. It's worth the little bit of extra money. Great location, great host and we love the house. »

« My wife and I were traveling through and found the Lighthouse on short notice. The Lighthouse sits at the base of Saginaw Bay and has a 280 degree view of the water. The sunrise and sunset was simply amazing and the bird watching was incredible. We saw so many birds but the most impressive was a juvenile bald-eagle fishing on the bank prior to sunrise. The Lighthouse is small and tight but a perfect location if you want to get away and simply hit the reset button. You will not be disappointed. »

« Meals out on the deck, hot dogs cooked over a fire, several nice hiking trails nearby. Tricky to find, but clean, secluded, relaxing and comfy bed. Has fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, washer & dryer. Didn’t use all those myself, but someone else may who reads this review! »

« Had issues with code getting into the place. Responded and unlocked the door from his place. He stopped by to check on us later on and gave us an amazing bottle of wine. Very attentive and a gorgeous place! »

« It is sometimes difficult to find a place to stay that checks all of the boxes for every person in our group. This house did it! We loved the amenities provided and it was beautifully decorated. It was easy to find and near everything we wanted to do in Frankenmuth. »

« As soon as we walked into the house it felt like home. The space was clean and well decorated. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The location was great. We were within 10 minutes of all the things we wanted to see and do. I would stay there again. »
