Our family in Galena, was a quick ten minute drive away. We had a lovely stay here. Even though it was November and quite chilly , the cabin was very cozy and clean. « This property was quiet and peaceful. It was a great escape from the monotonous day to day. There were some dead bugs in some of the dishes but otherwise it was clean. There were quite a few lightbulbs we had to replace because they were out when we arrived. »

« The property was clean and the kitchen adequately stocked. It was kid and dog friendly and situated only minutes from Roaring River and 10 minutes from Walmart. »

« The tent was adorable. The bed was perfect. The bathrooms were clean. We got there after check in and it was a little dark. She turned the bedside lamps on which helped alot. The first night was perfect. We spent Saturday exploring. We got back Saturday night and just sat outside for awhile. Then a storm came. The wind was ridiculous. I was terrified. I thought the tent was going to blow away. Of course we are fine and it didnt leak at all. We would definitely stay again. »

« Nice quaint home quick drive from roaring rivers trout park and the town of Cassville. Home provided most essentials you would need for a “camping” experience (bbq supplies, bonfire supplies, outdoor games, etc.) The deck could use some updating but all in all a great place to getaway for a weekend and enjoy the outdoors and still have the comfort of home. »
