'The house is beautiful, clean and homey. The view was breath taking. Very quiet area. Owner was quick to respond to questions before booking and after. Instructions were simple to understand to get in and what to do when we leave. We will be back again at Keuka Cottage.'

There is no common sitting area, which is noted in the description, so no complaints, but keep in mind that it does make it difficult for anyone to stop by. Location is right next to campus.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and had plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. We were lucky enough to get snow while we were there, which made everything feel extra magical. The host even provided sleds so our kids could slide down the hill & it truly felt like a winter wonderland.The hosts were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially with some weather related travel issues while we were flying in. 'This home is spectacular! Ideal location in the ‘little lakes’ adjacent to public land. We celebrated Thanksgiving and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen/living room is quite large and setup perfectly. The soaking tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. My only nitpick is I wish the grill was propane, only because the temperature outside was in the 20s with 40mph wind. We had such a great stay! Little lakes holiday market was awesome!...

'Communication was good and the place was clean and cozy. The apartment is on the 3rd floor up a couple flights of stairs. The heat worked well and the kitchen had a decent amount of amenities. It’s located right in downtown Geneva which was super convenient. I would stay here again. '

'We had an incredible stay at this Canandaigua Lakefront property! The location is absolutely perfect — right on the water with beautiful views and close to the boat launch, restaurants, and local spots. It made for an ideal setting for our company team-building retreat.The home itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a group. 'We were in town for one night for dinner and drinks with friends. We wanted to be within walking distance from a few restaurants and this place was perfect. Easy check-in process. Place was very clean and roomy for our party of 6 adults. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which had additional beds in them, if you were sharing the space with a couple of families that had children. We would definitely book here again!'
