'The location of this hotel is fantastic, but there are many hotels in the area. We paid extra to enjoy the luxury of this hotel and did not receive the best service. The coffee pods in our room were not replaced nor was the water. One occasion as we passed by our room the housekeeper asked us to unlock it for her as her key didn’t work. I’m unsure how she was going to get in there if we hadn’t passed…. When we pointed out that we had not received exemplary service, we received two coupons for...

The front-desk lady seemed a little frazzled and appeared to to be struggling with the computer system, but eventually we got our keycards. Holiday Inn Express is our favorite one-night hotel to stay at when we are on road trips due to consistent experience and good value.'

'The breakfast was good, they had yogurt/parfait ingredients, eggs, sausage, cereal, variety of bread choices including donuts. I liked it. Rooms were clean and amenities are solid. Pool and gym etc.'

'Had a bit of trouble figuring out the virtual check-in process (I should've done it in advance) but once I got through that, everything was good. I do wish there were more options to leave luggage in a locked cubby after after checkout, since you lose access to the building after your checkout time, but the staff member that was there on Sunday was there until 4 pm and let me in. (This is mostly an issue for Sunday checkout since the restaurant is open late other days)'
