« Dirty, gross, guy at the desk walks around with no shoes or socks everywhere. It smells like death. Look at mattress with no sheets and you'll leave »

« The room was VERY clean... but unfortunately that's all we could smell was REALLY STRONG cleaner! The hot water was awesome in the shower as long as you didn't have the cold on because it turned ice cold if you did. I slept like a baby but my husband said that he didn't like the mattress... »

« We had an absolutely delightful stay at Ebb’n’Flow. The spot is secluded and full of charm and natural beauty. The cabin and grounds have everything needed for a comfortable, cozy, and relaxing getaway. We made a promise to return next summer, but for much longer. Kudos to Marilyn and her team- they rock. »

Only 15-30 minutes away you can find great pizza, and the best bakery the county has to offer (Valley Bread and Bounty), but you are still far enough away that you feel completely surrounded by nature. Easy drive to Letchworth to enjoy the falls. The view of the river from the wrapped porch was wonderful in both the rain and sun (which we had both). On our stay an Eagle kept us company. Clean, pretty,...

They had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our trip. I came for the stars in the dark sky, and they did not disappoint. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. »

« Lovely rustic treehouse in a good location for several state parks and conservation areas »

« The house was very clean and comfortable. Can see the slopes from the backyard. Great place. »

« It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip. The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice. I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later after their plates had been served on the table long before they arrived. I don't find any excuse for that. Breakfast was decent but hardly chef-prepared. We learned to ask questions about...
