« The Brass Crab is a fantastic house for a family vacation. While not overly large, it comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 young children. The kitchen was appropriately stocked and there were plenty of baby items so you don’t have to pack your own. The house was extremely clean. While we didn’t use the backyard, it is a nice large flat yard to play outside. The host was very friendly and helpful with answering questions about the area. Definitely recommended. »

« This property is beautifully quiet and calm. We ate outside on the picnic table and enjoyed watching the birds in the marsh. The sound of the breeze through the grasses and leaves were lovely. The clawfoot bathtub was also great to soak in. »

We appreciated the quiet neighborhood as well as the easy proximity to the playground, pickleball courts, and Farmers market on Saturday and Wednesday. « The house was very comfortable. I had chosen it especially because of the porches (front and back) and we used them a lot. They gave room for everyone to spread out. Air conditioning was comfortable. A good value. I recommend it! »

« View is prettier in person...pictures just don't do it justice. Sitting on the dock with the sounds of nature was just what we needed. Check-in was very easy and everything was as listed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Memories that will last a life time. »

« A wonderful little place!! Cozy, clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything. Communication with the hosts was very quick and easy. Perfect place for my husband and me. Love eating out, but with a little planning (we brought some basic food items, a Dash egg maker, hot pot, and griddle/panini maker) we were able to eat in as well. I love older homes, and this one has been very well maintained.Although I did not cook in the kitchen, it was well supplied with everything one might need. « This was a great home-base as we trekked around Assateague and Chincoteague on our honeymoon. Very convenient to the Virginia side entrance to Assateague and the kitchen is perfect for breakfast and simple dinners. I was pleased to see the kitchen had everything you could need for basic cooking & there were a variety of drink glasses for both beer & wine! »

« We had an amazing time!! Hosts were incredibly responsive, the place was stocked with beyond anything we could have needed. Access to kayaks and paddle boards was special and so fun to be directly on the water. Our dog was also incredibly happy with all the exploring and swimming she got to enjoy. This place is a gem! »
