« Pet friendly and easy to park. Cottage is def on the small side but we didn’t spend much time inside, pool is decent, pretty new, only thing is Chincoteague replaced mosquitos by horseflies and this sucks! :) »

« This is a very peaceful place to stay. It's quiet, but still close enough to things to do all within an hours drive. Ocean City is about a 40-45 minute drive, Assateague, MD to see the ponies on the beach is about 35-40 minutes. Assateague, VA and Chincoteague are 30-35, Wollops NASA station is 15-20 minutes. It overlooks Chincoteague Bay and the island of Chincoteague. My husband and i would definitely stay there again. Alms is you like seafood, that is one of the best areas for it....

« Such a great location. You can see the ponies with binoculars from the lovely screened porch.This was close enough to the park and restaurants but far enough for a nice quiet getaway. »

« My family was in Onancock for a wedding and this property worked out great. We had 3 couples and some small kids. The fact that there were 4 toilets was a big plus! We had to do some food prep for the wedding and the well stocked kitchen was great. The sunroom was a great hang out spot. My husband and I enjoyed taking the kayaks out. The dock was beautiful and the stairs down to the water were a big plus The hosts were very responsive and everything was seamless. »

« Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The only issues we encountered were the communication via VRBO. Agency was unable to post that towels were not provided, and we never received a welcome packet so we had no idea where we were going until I contacted the rental agency directly. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the East Point Farmhouse. The house was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and is beautifully decorated with so many little "details" and a lot of nostalgia. We just loved it! We enjoyed exploring Onancock and the surrounding area and sampled some very good restaurants close by. Communication with our host was great! Thank you, Colette! »

« Our stay was wonderful! The home was everything we needed for our group, and more! The home was beautiful, extremely clean, & well stocked. We couldnt have asked for a more perfect layout for our group - 3 adult couples and 5 teenage girls! Plenty of privacy yet space for time spent together! The outdoor space had everything we needed! The only thing dissapointing was the weather! »

« We traveled to OC for a mid-October wedding. This location was perfect for our family stay. The home was well stocked for cooking. Lots of room to relax, prepare and serve meals. Spacious bedrooms. W/D. Sitting area on the canal— great for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, attractions and Assateaque beaches. Short drive to OC — we dined at and highly recommend Spain Wine Bar. Easy access to restaurants in West Ocean City. Short drive...

« How lucky were we to find this little gem near the beach. OMG We cannot say enough good things about it. So spacious and yet still cozy. Close to everything yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. House decor is perfect. Not too beachy yet quite stylish and relaxing. Sooo many rooms, beds and sofas to enjoy. Awesome screened in sunroom and Water views from just about everywhere in the house. If no water view, then it's woods and fields. Huge tall windows that show the trees and light...
