'First time staying at the property and for 3 nights, nice friendly environment, would have liked to stay longer but couldn't rebook a room with own shower ect.'

'Staff were very helpful and friendly at check-in. First night had to get caretaker to let me out as the door locked me in. And the morning I was leaving found ants through everything. The playgrounds and parks were lovely and very safe with security gate.'

'Excellent place to stay not far about 10-15 minutes drive from Perth Airport. Comfortable studio room and bathroom. No need of the kitchen facilities as I got a great pizza takeaway from across the road. The reception had a list of food options which was good. A short walk up to Midland shopping centre. 'It was a motel at hotel prices. Room was clean, but it is ageing. More importantly, the room was not sound proofed. Guildford sits right under the flight path, so we were woken by very low aircraft from very early in the morning. The pub was cool, but this was definitely a country pub with a motel attached, despite the rates and proximity to the city. It was okay. Might stay again, as it is close to my brother's house, but only if there is a good deal on rooms.'

'Extremely convenient as it is close to many kid friendly breweries, wineries and restaurants. Hosts are very helpful and their dog is super well behaved and cute. We would definitely return to this accomodation on our next Swan Valley vist.'
