'No host to greet us and the entry instructions I found a bit confusing but once we were inside we were very happy with our appartment. Clean with a pleasant lemon smell when we entered and good size rooms and bathrooms each. Well stocked kitchen, comfy lounge area and plenty of towels and toiletries. Outside the kitchen window and or, unfortunately, a huge dead weed and dead plants detracted a little. 'The house was very comfortable particularly the beds. All the amenities were there. So we were very pleased overall. However The couch in the tv rooom is very worn. and the tv is very slow to respond to the remote. We would have liked to have two keys for entrance to the house. The garden and outdoor areas were a real let down. Plants are dead or dying, lots of old pots left around, Nothing was swept up and there was an old carcase of a dead bird on the paving.'

'Couldn’t get hold of the property manager leading up to check in, then when I did speak with him he claimed he couldn’t get hold of me. I was text messaging him and via stayz. Drains smelt, broken power outlets, both bed sheets stained ad said entire house but a room was blocked off overall very dirty have photos which I sent to property manager and again no response absolutely disgusting property and service, the last time we’ll be using stayz'
