« For my wife and I this was the perfect place to forget about work, kick back and just relax for a few days with our fur baby. Quiet, private and peaceful. No luck catching any fish from the dock but I suspect my fishing skills need a bit of polishing. There are a couple of old crab traps which did catch some crabs but l released them or they escaped on their own. We did not take advantage of the kayaks but they were there for your enjoyment. « We had a wonderful stay. This was our second time staying here and we loved it. Very quay, cozy and clean. Everything as advertised. Location is perfect as it is a very walkable town. This place is right in the middle. The owner was very friendly, open and communicative. And I had a big surprise when we returned. My neck pillow I had forgotten and left it 2 years ago was still there sitting in a closet. We hope to return next year. »

« Rob and Clarissa's property is in the perfect location on Brooks Creek. The views are spectacular! We enjoyed listening to the birds or watching the activity on the water while we sipped our morning coffee. The three bedrooms and loft space provided more than enough room for 4 adults and two 17 year old boys. Rob is very responsive to any needs his guests may have. « We had wonderful time at the house. Location was perfect and the pool was great hit with everyone. We rented a speedboat for 2 days which was delivered at the dock.There was plenty of space for 20 people. Plan on renting this home again. »

« Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property offered great Wi-Fi, central air to keep us cool and comfortable, and plenty of privacy. The best part was being just steps away from the beach — it made our mornings and evenings so relaxing. « We went to Sherwood to celebrate a family event. The house was perfect - lots of room for everyone. Check-in was simple, house was in excellent condition and the owners made every effort to accommodate our needs (some extra equipment for little kids). We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful setting.
