'The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is very courteous and the premises are gorgeous. It’s nice to have a volcanic water pool even though in my opinion it should not be so hot. Both my girlfriend and I got a little dizzy after a while. I do recommend staying there though. The breakfast is fantastic! Location as well.'

'Dit hotel was een fantastische ervaring. Het uitzicht op de vulkaan vanaf het balkon was adembenemend. De hele omgeving was briljant. De kamer zelf was ruim, mooi ingericht en super schoon. Het restaurant van het hotel was zeer goed. Heerlijke gerechten en zeet vriendelijke bediening. Wat ons betreft is dit een topper!'

'It's very nice to be able to get to the hot pools kind of straight from your room. The room though, called a "deluxe suite" is a regular room with two small chairs. The bathroom actually is very spacious. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Service was fine. '

'The rooms were very nice. We liked the view from the second floor. The Gardena were beautiful and my family loved the pool and the jacuzzi's. Good breakfast with a cook who prepated the eggs on demand. A view on the Arenal from our room (we saw the top just for a few seconds). '

'The staff was very welcoming and friendly our whole stay. We enjoyed the many offerings from buffet breakfast including pancakes, made to order omelettes and fresh fruit. The room was a decent size with a large bathroom and felt very private. We especially liked the balcony and could sit out in the rain to watch the birds and look down at the beautiful gardens. '

'Uitstekend hotel, waar voor zijn geld. Enigszins afgelegen, en ee lange rit naar boven, maar dan heb je ook een prachtig uitzicht op de Arenal. De bediening is uiterst vriendelijk, de service is goed, kamer prima, met alle voorzieningen.'

'Helaas verbleven wij er maar kort (2nachten). Onze kamer was groot en had fantastisch uitzicht. Hotel is zeker een aanrader. Van alle luxe voorzien en de tuin met hotsprings is geweldig. Enige minpunt wat ik kan bedenken was de kwaliteit van het diner, opzich niks mis mee maar zou beter kunnen en het feit dat je een vervoer nodig hebt als je iets buiten het hotel wil doen savonds.'
