'It's very nice to be able to get to the hot pools kind of straight from your room. The room though, called a "deluxe suite" is a regular room with two small chairs. The bathroom actually is very spacious. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Service was fine. '

'If you want to disconnect in luxury with incredibly attentive staff, this is the place to be. The property is a true sanctuary, peaceful and private, everything is spotless and new, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. Just as important, the restaurant was excellent and easily the best food we had during our entire trip. Highly recommend!'

'Locatie is mooi en top uitzicht op de vulkaan. Restaurant en spa goed. Receptie vriendelijk maar maakte veel fout informeerde ons niet tav covid wijzigingen tav spa ook bleek onze tour niet goed te zijn doorgeven waardoor deze te laat starte. Kamer was eenvoudig toe aan onderhoud veel lawaai en geen blinderende gordijnen waardoor een goede nachtrust niet lukte uiteindelijke een dag eerder uitgecheckt vanwege dit alles. Niet het geldwaard!'

'If you wish to have a great view of the Arenal Volcano, this is the place. The rooms are pretty big and your kids can run around in the room at night. The rooms are not cheap, basically nothing is cheap in Costa Rica for that matter. No supermarket close by...so stock before you arrive. The rooms have a spa bath..again great for the kids. The have 2 false hot springs, one on the property and one at a 10 minute drive from the property next to Baldi Springs. They provide shuttle service for that...

'Beautiful hotel, room with kitchen and hot tub was nice. Staff communicated immediately through WhatsApp whenever needed. Best hotel breakfast service we have ever had. Hotel was about a 20 min walk into town or just a few mins to the swinging rope on the Rio Fortuna. Only room for improvement would be some more hooks in the room to hang rain jackets etc… You could stay here and never have to leave the property the entire time.'
