'Locatie is mooi en top uitzicht op de vulkaan. Restaurant en spa goed. Receptie vriendelijk maar maakte veel fout informeerde ons niet tav covid wijzigingen tav spa ook bleek onze tour niet goed te zijn doorgeven waardoor deze te laat starte. Kamer was eenvoudig toe aan onderhoud veel lawaai en geen blinderende gordijnen waardoor een goede nachtrust niet lukte uiteindelijke een dag eerder uitgecheckt vanwege dit alles. Niet het geldwaard!'

'It's very nice to be able to get to the hot pools kind of straight from your room. The room though, called a "deluxe suite" is a regular room with two small chairs. The bathroom actually is very spacious. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Service was fine. '

'The hotel was very nice and relaxing. What really set it apart was the hospitality. The staff is so accommodating and welcoming. Genesis and Kevin in particular really went above and beyond. Kevin recommended some great areas to check out locally and Genesis did as well. Make sure to ask Genesis to make you her signature drink. It is the yummiest Jamaica drink I’ve ever had! '

'If you wish to have a great view of the Arenal Volcano, this is the place. The rooms are pretty big and your kids can run around in the room at night. The rooms are not cheap, basically nothing is cheap in Costa Rica for that matter. No supermarket close by...so stock before you arrive. The rooms have a spa bath..again great for the kids. The have 2 false hot springs, one on the property and one at a 10 minute drive from the property next to Baldi Springs. They provide shuttle service for that...
