'Zeer slechte ontvangst. Man aan de receptie was niet op de hoogte van onze boeking en sprak geen woord Engels. De kok was zeer onvriendelijk, eigenlijk onbeleefd, het was allemaal tegen zijn zin. Op het terras van onze kamer lag een stapel vuile kussens van terrasstoelen. Comfort kamer was basic. Het enige positieve van dit hotel was het prachtige uitzicht op de zee en rivier. Zeer slechte weg om het hotel te bereiken. Geen aanrader.'

'The property was great except for getting in and out of the nice pool. No ladder or stairs. Not having a/c and sleeping with bug spray on was not good. Nice people wonderful breakfast. '

This is about a 35 to 45 min drive fro Samara, which includes 25 min along unpaved, somewhat grated, roads. Lots of up and down big hills along the coast. 'Everything is as the name of the house. Its,all about the view. Stunning view of the ocean from the,whole house and magnificent sunsets. The house is comfortable and the pool lovely and even for swimming. The owner is extremely helpful and all his information and tips given were very useful. Many restaurants shops nearby in the area and beautiful beaches. We stayed a week which was wonderful. Would definately like to come back'

'This is a nice house on a beautiful location with sublime views, but It could be so much more and better if it was just given some more attention and love. Everything is there to make it a perfect house. The outside needs some maintenance (paintwork and loose tiles from the pool). The inside is just poorly decorated with very old furniture and a very old kitchen. Everything was old and looked old and dirty. For instance the washing machine is rusty it makes you wonder what the clothes look like...
