'Zeer slechte ontvangst. Man aan de receptie was niet op de hoogte van onze boeking en sprak geen woord Engels. De kok was zeer onvriendelijk, eigenlijk onbeleefd, het was allemaal tegen zijn zin. Op het terras van onze kamer lag een stapel vuile kussens van terrasstoelen. Comfort kamer was basic. Het enige positieve van dit hotel was het prachtige uitzicht op de zee en rivier. Zeer slechte weg om het hotel te bereiken. Geen aanrader.'

'Unsere Zeit im La Colina Pura Vista war einfach wunderbar. Schon die Anreise ist ein kleines Abenteuer – mit einem 4x4 empfehlenswert, da die Straßen nicht optimal ausgebaut sind. Doch die Ankunft belohnt mit einer traumhaft schönen Anlage und einem fantastischen Ausblick. Die Unterkunft wird von zwei sehr herzlichen Franzosen geführt, die eine einladende Atmosphäre schaffen. 'Great villa for a family vacation. Beautiful views, amazing pool and a huge living area with well stocked kitchen. Rooms were separate with bathrooms so lots of privacy. Definitely recommend this place, we will return '

'L’endroit en général est très bien situé si vous aimez le repos et la plage . Les chambres sont propres mais on y retrouve quand même quelques insectes ( ce qui est normal au Costa Rica) . La cuisine extérieure est très utile et la vue est superbe . L’école de surf à proximité était super également ! Nous récompensons ! '

'Luna Azul was the perfect base of operations for our vacation. We absolutely loved the remote and peaceful atmosphere, and especially the incredible views. Days spent at the house around the pool were a great way to relax and unwind. The location was also ideal for exploring the Nicoya peninsula. We enjoyed a coffee plantation tour, horseback riding, surfing at several of the nearby beaches, and touring the small beach towns. 'This is a nice house on a beautiful location with sublime views, but It could be so much more and better if it was just given some more attention and love. Everything is there to make it a perfect house. The outside needs some maintenance (paintwork and loose tiles from the pool). The inside is just poorly decorated with very old furniture and a very old kitchen. Everything was old and looked old and dirty. For instance the washing machine is rusty it makes you wonder what the clothes look like...

'Wonderful! Very peaceful location, surrounded by nature and beautiful sunsets each day. Casa is extremely well decorated and comfortable. We will be back!'
