'If I could give more than 5 stars I would. What an amazing magical place! The hosts are the sweetest in the world and made us feel like family. I got a tour of their garden and it was magical! I learned so much and I would come back here any time I could. Honestly, the best Vrbo/host etc experience I’ve ever had and I am so glad to have met them. Also the best sunsets you’ll ever see, and please check out the La casita restaurant it’s close and to die for!'

'We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about our stay at Judd’s and Liz’s home! The house manager, Leticia, greeted us and was so kind and informative about the house and the town of Atenas. She even checked in with us several times to make sure everything was in order. The house and furnishings were top notch! We prepared several meals and found the kitchen well equipped. 'My daughter and I flew to Costa Rica for a long weekend to visit my son who is in college in San Jose for the semester. This property was perfect for our little reunion. Plenty of space, beautiful views way up in the hills, and a pool. The owners were very helpful and charming. Liked that the house had a local flavor and not generic like most hotels and many other rentals were. Nice restaurants in town. Was central to our day trips.'
