'Some rooms have no view, and we have had to change for a better one, without any problems. The hotel is very close to the Harbour and a few minutes downtown. Easy parking too. Good restaurant (breakfast and dinner). It was not our first stay in this hotel and if we visit Kodiak again, we surely try to stay there! '

'Such a nice room - well appointed and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a relaxing view of Near Island Channel. The Captain’s Quarters had a dedicated parking space along the road, and a separate entrance that is clearly marked. Easy to find and easy to access (provided that a few stairs are not a limitation).
