'If you like off the beaten path, this is a good choice. For the most part, staff was understanding and very helpful. Getting in and out of the resort area requires going through a gate and guard. Getting to villa umi requires a walk down the beach, but the staff comes out in force to help with bags. Meals were a little slow but worth the wait. Very clean and staff was very attentive.'

'Maybe the cutest hotel in all of bohol. The place looks very nice, is clean and comfortable. We had a suite with rice paddy view. The room was nice and the staff extremely friendly. "When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills. There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. Room was nice but the balcony had only room for 1 person? Breakfast options were nice but the smell was horrible. It smelled like a someone was having cheese fondue with raw fish. Not really pleasant, especially not when you jusk woke up. Restaurant for lunch took a very long time and sometimes they forgot to process the order. So very big and clean hotel with lots of facilities but service can be improved and if you dont like screaming children all over the place on your holiday i would go somewhwre else. "
