« I have to give them 5* just for the location and the great staff. From reception to housekeeping and security, everybody is very friendly and trying their best. The property itself is tired. No lobby or lounge as such, no elevator. I saw some elderly people struggle on the stairs. Their traditional suites are larger rooms with a small couch. The heritage is there but I would rate the property an average 2* and it is overpriced. »

« I took my elderly parents for a weekend getaway to enjoy the ocean and relax by the beach. It was a wonderful experience for all of us especially the hotel staff was very friendly and the hotels service overall was very nice. The food was very good although There might be some more options that are a little more healthy can be added. And the bathrooms could have been a little more clean and maintained. But all in all hotel was perfectly fine and met all our expectations. »
