"It was really wonderful, very nice hotel and rooms. But our airconditioning did not work and when I told this to the man at the reception he did say nothing, no sorry or whatever. That was the only thing that was not nice."

"Our stay started with a very warm welcome by Maria. We highly appreciated the nice and big clean room with small kitchen refrigerator, water Quooker, magnetron. Fine Japanese restaurant on the base floor of this hotel. The breakfast is really superior at the bar/bakery next to the hotel( belongs to the hotel). The choices of breakfast are really various, we highly appreciated the quality of the food/ bakery /coffee and also the kindness of the waitresses. The bar is also a good place for a cold beer or another drink! During the Spanish/Portugese Energy Black Out on Monday 28th April the hotel employees came with water and battery lamps(!!). This hotel highly cares about its clients , you really feel yourself very welcome. We'll come back , for sure!"

"Mooi hotel, behulpzaam personeel, goede ligging tov centrum. Goed bed. Comfortabele stoel. Het kitwerk van de douche moet nodig vervangen worden. Er zat zwarte schimmel lans de randen. Dat is niet wat je verwacht in een 4 sterren hotel. De rand langs de buitenkant van de douchewand was niet schoon en is tijdens ons 11 nachten verblijf ook niet schoongemaakt. De baddoeken werden vaak vervangen, ook als we daar niet om gevraagd hadden door ze op de grond te leggen. Dat kan duurzamer."
