'I have now stayed twice at this location, and both times have been perfect. It’s beautiful, quiet, and I love how cozy the little bungalows are. The bathhouse is really so close, the description is right, so I appreciate not having to walk far. Also, every interaction with the owners has been cheerful, they always seem happy and it makes the whole experience that much more comfortable. Will happily return.'

'The location was great, we enjoyed the beautiful backyard and porch and access to Lake Superior and close to town. The town is really nice. The only possible improvement we would suggest is the bed in the front bedroom might need a new mattress, it was not particularly comfortable.'

'Stayed here for 2 nights. 2 families with preteen boys to explore the Pictured Rocks area. The house was clean & in a great location to Munising. Right off the road but had a private back deck with no neighbors that you could see. The boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and in the rowboat and caught numerous small perch and a pike right from the dock.'

'The lake and setting is beautiful, and the recently renovated house was exactly as advertised. Very fresh and clean, and a great place to relax and enjoy being on the water. No complaints, and would highly recommend!'

'As titled, this retreat is truly a home away from home whether you decide to sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, or you venture out and about and return each day to your vacation home. A true UP gem!'

'The cabin was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything one might need. The location was perfect, close to the beach and downtown area. A bonus not found in many rentals is the garage which came in handy during the hailstorm that happened during our stay. We highly recommend this cabin and would love to stay there again in the future!'

The home exceeded our expectations; it’s even more gorgeous in person than in the photos. Overall, I was completely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend it.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at Christmas! The house kitchen was stocked so we could make multiple meals. Multiple towels and blankets! Hot was great after a day of hiking. This was our first time in the UP and found the house in a great location to so many adventures. Danielle gave us great info and suggestions! We will be back!! '
