'We were on the third floor. The room was spotless. We knew about the 3 flights of stairs when we booked, and did not find it too much with a good flat space to ealk between flights. We did not see staff until the last day and were 4 minutes late leaving, but were not rushed, the person there to clean was very friendly. I LOVE this apartment and 1000% would live in it.
