'The Onsen was nice. The rooms were small and crowded with a family of four. Expensive dining everywhere. Great buffet and friendly staff. '

'The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel offered many amenities, including a shuttle to and from the mountain, arranging a ride to the airport, ski lockers and complimentary food upon arrival. Will absolutely book here again for our next holiday! '

'Great location on the slopes. Hote looks a bit dated from the outside but is lovely inside. Nice room with private onsen, good breakfast and helpful staff. Convenient ski locker room and ski in ski out was great. '
