'Property was amazing. Facilities are very nice and great for families, We used the pools, pool restaurant and the fitness center. We were there for a week in early April and it was not crowded at all. All staff was great. On site food is expensive but the resort is located within 5-10 minutes of multiple food options. '

'Room was ok, it was one of the cheapest options and I was travelling solo, so it was a not a bad experience, but the bathroom did have some hairs on the vanity and tub, and the sofa and chair on the room were really dirty. Got a room near the front desk and there was a lot of noise at midnight.'

'There was an unpleasant smell in addition to fruit flies in our room. The occupants on either side and above us were very noisy late into the night, the insulation was completely insufficient. And then, after finally getting to sleep, we were awakened at 2:30 am by the people next door returning to their room, talking loudly and their dog barking. Car alarms went off both nights we stayed waking us up again. Never slept well, would not recommend, and definitely would not stay there again. Worth...

'Great breakfast'

'There was so much wrong with this hotel. The first things we noticed were the dark red? Stains on the blanket and curtains. There was some sort of bug/rodent hole in the bathroom wall. It was clearly not cleaned right, as we found a half full McDonald’s soda cup under the bed… There were cigarette butts everywhere, including in the pool. The rooms absolutely reeked of smoke as well. There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom, and it was obviously it wasn’t cleaned. The staff seemed nice but...

'There was fresh fruit at the breakfast and it was perhaps better than the overall vibe would have predicted, but crowded, the hotel is quite huge although it doesn't look it; it's not very up to date, but the outside balcony walkways are kind of cool and upstairs you get a good view of sunrise. It took a very long time to get hot water in the bath and you stepped in to the tub but UP, so when you stepped out, it was down further than the floor of the tub, yikes. 'We were not able to enjoy the vacation because the room we slept in was terrible because it sounded like moving furniture and banging on the floor. Then, we raised our concerns throughout our entire stay but nothing happened. The bathroom was disgusting because it insects like cockroaches in the bathroom. They also charged for damaged utility fee, which we don't know what is that for. The smell was also horrid and bad. We were also charged for early checked in when in fact we checked in late. I...
