Blokhutten in Mojave-woestijn

'Had issues with the check-in but host was able to resolve. Cabin was as pictured and overall good experience.'

'Initially was a bit surprised by the unpaved dirt roads getting there, but couldn’t have been happier settling in. The home is very remote and quiet. It’s a bit of a drive into town, but totally worth it! We didn’t want to leave much anyway. The location was easy to find with Google maps (even late at night) and the check-in process was straightforward. The space was neat, clean and organized. Plenty of games to pass the time indoors in the AC and lots of beautiful spaces outdoors to enjoy. The...

'Everything about our stay was wonderful! We loved the location of the cabin, and it was the perfect size for our family. The board games were such a thoughtful touch and made the cabin feel even cozier. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was communicative and easy to reach throughout our trip. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!'

'De plek is geweldig'

'Very clean, hosts were amazing and very accommodating. Kept in touch when needed quick responses. Kitchen was very clean. We loved our stay and would come back and recommend to everyone. Fun place to stay the town has a great cafe and stores were great'

'The cabin itself had positives and we enjoyed parts of our stay, but unfortunately there were some issues. There was significant noise from neighboring properties during the week and it only escalated towards the weekend. We also dealt with ants during the stay and they got into everything including our personal belongings. After checkout, I was contacted about an additional cleaning charge. I asked for details and photos showing what required the extra cleaning, but as of four days later I...

'Amazing location '

'Nice little cabin located in a quite area of big Bear.'

'We enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and our room was nice! We would definitely recommend staying here! ❤️'

'Had a blast it was nice little cabin. great views and my family loved it'

'¡Excelente servicio y todo muy limpio! Muy buena atención y una experiencia al 💯. Se los recomiendo muchísimo. ¡Quedé muy satisfecha y definitivamente volvería! 🙌✨'

'My son and I just wanted a night away - to spend time together and to check out the stars and planets with his new telescope. Hartsville did NOT disappoint! We had so much fun and literally ran out of time with all the great things in store. I felt like I was zapped back in time to the 1970's (or further!). The location was easy to find, safe to park and gain access, and from the get-go we simply enjoyed ourselves. We played pool - 8-ball and 9-ball, sifted through and played the many LP's...

'This place was so nice and cozy, i would say better than the pictures even. Fireplaces upstairs and downstairs were a hit, and it was super quiet at nice. A great place to get away and rest. We even extended our stay and had them deliver more firewood it was so nice. I would gladly return, or at least see what else Cool Cabins has to offer. Close to the lake and shops nearby, but away from traffic and backs onto the forest. Whats not to like?'

'The place was really cozy. We liked the fact there was a washer and dryer included as we didn’t pack a lot of clothes for our week long trip. Hosts are very nice and friendly. We only spent one night here but would like to come back for longer another time. Highly recommend!'

'The cabin was just fine and good if you have a pet.We were doing the Tour De Big Bear Dirty Burro and this was a perfect location from the starting line. Thank you'

'This is our second time staying here. We loved our stay. The place is clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful. Perfect for watching sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing. Completely fenced in yard made it easy to bring our dog. WiFi, AC, and kitchen were great.'

'It was good, but there were definitely some bad impressions. Once we booked via Expedia, we were sent a link to a lengthy check-in contract. We learned upon arrival that we were required to take out the trash, and the drop-off location is 15 minutes from the property! That's ridiculous. We have been to Big Bear many times and have stayed at various vacation rentals; we have never been required to take out our own trash. For the price and all the caveats, I am not sure I can recommend.'
