Lodges in Californië Woestijn

'Loved our weekend stay in the cutest lodge in the cutest mountain town. The staff was great and helpful. The lodge is lovely and a perfect place to get some peace and quiet from the busy city. The only thing I would love to see improved upon was the king mattress in our room. It has lived a good life supporting many travelers and it’s time to send it to mattress heaven. Wouldn’t hesitate to return to Idyllwild and this lodge :)'

'I had to cancel the reservation as Google Maps told me it was 30 minutes outside of town and the map in Expedia said a few minutes from town. When I called the resort. They said they get that complaint all the time and would gladly refund me the $400. They told me multiple times they were working on it. They did not. I’m out $400'

'1. Since the room didn't have Air Conditioning (which I was aware of) I opened the windows to allow fresh air in. Unfortunately the occupants directly accross had loud music, and were working on their truck until late night. If you're a light sleeper this place is not for you. 2. I would go back to eat at the Country Kitchen which is directly below the rooms. The food and staff were great. I'll never stay at the Country Lodge again. 3. No cable TV. Their was a Roku streaming device. WiFi was...
