A true, solid hardwood pool table is ready for hours of entertainment in the second living space in the basement. There are giant 65" TVs upstairs and downstairs, and two fully stocked kitchen & appliances located on both levels. Upstairs has the master bedroom with attached master bath, with a king size bed & desk. The two other upstairs bedrooms each have a king size bed, one more work space desk, and a second bathroom located off the hallway. The basement has three more bedrooms and a third bathroom, with a fourth king bed and two more queen beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the basement for a grand total of 14 people in beds. Please inquire for larger parties. The back yard is private with two patio areas, two sitting areas, patio furniture, and yard games galore. You can play cornhole, ladder golf, can jam, throw around a frisbee, or simply relax in the sun on the zero gravity chairs!
The house is in a prime location, within walking of shopping and different restaurants, along with Prost Brewery within minutes. There is a beautiful walking path just up the road from the house that can lead you to various open spaces, including biking trails leading all the way to Boulder and downtown Denver.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house, including the laundry room. There is a double-wide driveway that comfortably fits 4 large cars with plenty of free street parking. The entire backyard is yours to enjoy, along with a seating area for you to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun on the front side of the house. The house can be accessed via the combo keypad entries, so your group doesn't have to worry about sharing or misplacing keys.
