NOT AS ADVERTISED. The pictures in the description are not accurate including missing a couch in the main living room and having a different, old broken down couch in the basement. A game room is advertised - there is a broken foosball table that is literally falling apart and there was no ball & no games. The kitchen was not equipped to cook a meal. The plates and coffee mugs were chipped. The kitchen disposal didn't work and the sink would clog so it was hard to wash dishes. Worst of all... the house was SO DIRTY. There were food chunks all over the kitchen table and counters. The refrigerator had a big spill inside it. Dirty carpets. There were no cleaning supplies so we had to go buy supplies to clean the kitchen and bathrooms. All of the sinks and bathtubs were noticeably dirty w/ hairs around. One toilet needed a flush. The towels were old and smelled moldy. We bought laundry detergent so we could wash them. The sheets did not seem fresh and clean either. The smoke detector started chirping in the middle of the night the last two nights. The downstairs was way too cold (around 55 degrees at night). There was trash on deck and back yard (including beer cans). When we arrived, 3 overflowing trash cans were in the driveway. We never used the hot tub because we figured if they could not provide a clean house we did not trust hot tub chemistry, There was almost no toilet paper. We had to buy tp too. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL.

Worse experience ever. I took my family together for Christmas to celebrate each other and make lasting memories. You see my son, my 3 other children’s big brother, Uncle, cousin, and nephew passed about tragically in 2O24. The house was not maintained- broken glass at the front door, mold in the washing machine, toaster started smoking, garbage disposal broke, beer cans and a fork in the hot tub, lamp in the main floor master lamp was broken and propped up by the wall. I could go on but I think you get the reason I say terrible. The host, Kirk, does not respond and has not given any type of compensation. He did tell me he would look into it but that was Friday of last week. Do better VRBO. Do better Kirk.

Hot tub green,carpets and furniture filthy, gas grill caught on fire from the filth. House smelled moldy, washing machine filthy after I cleaned it 3 times. We had to ask for towels that showed up after2 days.bed in 1 bedroom broken and couldn’t be used. Sheets stained. No play equipment, backyard full of wasp and hornet nests. Property manager very slow in response and then said he would work on the list, he never did. Construction behind home so workers could see in the windows because blinds were broken., plus the noise of heavy equipment.Screen door rollers broken and back door almost inoperable. We greased it and it worked a little better. The yard was astroturf that was not installed well. Lots of weeds, empty cans and debris in yard. Even the neighbors complained to us about the condition.

Upon checking no cleaning service prepped the house for us. Bugs were crawling all over the kitchen. A used condom was on the living room couch. The host refused to communicate with me or clean it. Didn’t even stay a night. Wouldn’t recommend this house to my worst enemy.

A Spacious and comfortable home

The property is spacious and bright, conveniently located to all the Denver attractions we wanted to see. Easy access to I-75 and I-25. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. There were four adults and three children in our group. Parents and grandparents each had a room with a king size bed, and the children each had a room to themselves. The hot tub and basketball practice game were a real hit. The home is equipped with modern appliances that met all our needs. Any criticisms we have are all minor. Most involve maintenance of the home. Sheets had a hole or a tear, one of the downstairs bathrooms has red stains on the carpet, a plaque for a light switch is missing, a couple of towel hangers were missing, and not all televisions had a remote control. Beyond the owner's control were the construction machines behind the house that began work early in the morning. We never figured out if the area was a construction site or a place to rain workers on large machines. All in all, we thought the house was a great deal for a fair price.

We loved it here and would stay again! It isn’t perfect, but it was perfect for us!!!!! Nice big house…. Loft for games, fun, and a good time. My family enjoyed their stay and so did I. Thank you so much for allowing us in your home. There are a few things that can be fixed and replaced, but I know the owners know already. Nothing that can’t be done. Thanks again!

the house is big and spacious , but it's definitely nothing luxurious about it . the appliances are up to date , but it needs new furniture asap . the kitchen isn't even stocked w| basic pots and pans so it's hard to cook anything . the grill was disgusting . the basketball game is broke and the balls are flat . ETC ... it was okay bc we were out enjoying colorado 90% of the trip , but i definitely would NOT book this house again !

Don’t stay here

This house was horribly misrepresented and overpriced. It looks like it was furnished from a frat house that threw out their furniture. Stains on all the furniture and floors, lights that don’t work, pots and pans that were worn out and stained. We sent Kirk and Vrbo 50 pictures and spent our own time trying to clean enough to feel comfortable to stay. We got no satisfaction from either Kirk or vrbo about a discount that could possibly offset the filth and frustration we went through. This property is a total scam and if you are looking at it save your money and go somewhere else. Cabinets falling apart, stove that has a stained flat top and inside hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long, hot tub would only get warm, games were missing parts or just broke, not enough towels, had to wash the towels and sheets before using, I could go on and on. This guy is a shyster and vrbo should be ashamed of having his house on their site.

False Advertising!!

The only accurate description advertised is that this house is huge. It is not luxurious, it is not downtown, the hot tub exists but is so disgusting we could not sit in it. The pictures must have been taken a while ago, the couches are ripped and stained, so are the chairs. The basketball game is broken, there’s no ball for the foosball table. The towels were gross and needed re-washed in the moldy washer. The sheets have burn stains on them. The water is either scolding hot or cold. Everything negatively reviewed previously was correct. The owner cannot be messaged in the app, so I had to text him and he never replied. There are no instructions about check in or check out except for the code to the front door. This was just all around a very negative experience and I would not recommend staying here!

Great place

The house itself, is very nice the property was great and worked very well for our group of people. Plenty of beds/bathrooms and privacy throughout. Downfalls, we’re time off arrival we had no clean towels. The drier was full of the towels and had obviously been sitting for awhile. So no biggy, we rewashed and dried them all. Sink faucet does not work in the main kitchen, which was quite inconvenient but was again, not a big deal to this group! The backyard was very quaint with a great deck and hot tub. Back yard was a huge hit with our group, Spent most of our time out there. The house is very spacious and clean, would very much stay here again and recommend to other groups. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great location, quiet and functional

We spent 2 nights in a 7-person Board retreat. There was ample room for both team-building/recreational activities (such as a restorative yoga session), as well as a hybrid business meeting, which was done with a laptop and HDMI cable. The rooms were clean and spacious. We appreciated the number of bathrooms, and eco-friendly touches, such as in-shower refillable shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers and lo-hi flow toilets. We would definitely book here again.

It is a nice big house with comfy beds. It is a quiet neighborhood. However, we had a few problems. Air conditioner wasn’t working well. Hottub was not clean. There was no way to message the owner. Only a phone number. I really like open communication with the owner to make sure I know how they want me to checkout. There were no checkout instructions at all.

Renters BEWARE

We were forced to wash all of the sheets as they were SOILED beyond anything I honestly have ever seen. After washing the visible stains were not there. The first night we arrived I was up until 2 AM washing anything we would be using. LARGE fingernail clippings are on a shelf in one of the basement bedrooms. Rancid chunks of food had to be taken out of the dishwasher & kitchen faucet is broken making it impossible to cook. We were left with one used sponge and no cleaning agents, half a bottle of dish soap and a filthy sponge holder on the counter. Kitchen sink doesn’t work which makes it impossible to cook your own food. The dining room table and downstairs couch are in conditions that should be thrown away. There is a lock on the AC thermostat that was changed when we left the property and when we returned it would be 82 degrees in the house, just as it was when we arrived. Kurt never provided the passcode for us to work the thermostat ourselves. The hot tub was inoperable due to filth and a horrible smell, this is the one thing that Kurt sent someone to fix but respond to me that the levels showed fine but he had them drain and refill anyway…that hot tub was green! There are nests of hornets in the back yard, hottub & coming through the corner of a cracked cement fence wall. The advertisement also shows a couch, hammock and play equipment outside which are not present at all! There is one table with chairs on the deck that are not the same as pictured. The kids bedroom has bunk beds…the top bunk has no ladder! The king size bedroom downstairs has PAPER BLINDS that are folded to look like blinds. We use another home rental company OFTEN as we have kids that travel with sports. I have NEVER seen anything like this. We have been absolutely scammed and no one cares. Oh, I forgot to add that the house says it sleeps 14 but a few is charged for each additional guest over 5.
