Location was good, off street parking was great, outdoor space was a perk, and the hosts were very nice. Inside, the basic kitchen was convenient, heaters were provided if needed, and there was enough space to spread out. The pullout bed was helpful for our third person, and the king bed was very comfortable. A nice place to stay-

The hosts were great, off-street parking was very nice, and the back yard was nice to have access to. Inside the apartment, there was a good amount of space for 3 of us, the basic kitchen was helpful, and the king bed and pull-out were very convenient. Overall, a great place with all the basics that you'd need!

Stayed in Denver on business and this location is great, within walking or short drive to downtown. The neighborhood felt safe with a lot of local dining options right next door.

Great Stay!

Everything was exactly as advertised. We had plenty of room and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. We were super comfortable and loved the proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. We walked everywhere. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Denver.

Couldnt have found a better place. Everything was perfect! Calvin is a great host as well!! Highly recommend this property to rent.

Pictures are accurate. Super cute inside. Very walkable city. We walked to Union station and to Coors Field. When we got tired of walking, it was only a 9 Uber ride. Super cool karaoke bar only two blocks away. I only suggest that I have would be to place a mirror over the sink. A window kind of blocks an installation but you could have a cantilever one. Great shower

We were In town for a few days for a show at red rocks. This was perfectly located so that we could walk around town and get everywhere on scooters or via Lyft. Their dogs were incredibly cute and friendly. The only downside was it was incredibly loud in the basement. We could hear every footstep and word spoken but other than that it was really wonderful. Thank you!

We had a great stay in Denver. Owners of the building were very nice. The location of the apartment was excellent. There are a ton of great restaurants and bars within walking distance and many more just 5-10 minutes away on a bike/scooter/car. This unit is in the basement so you will hear the owners and their dogs walking on occasion, but we did not find it to be obnoxious. The dogs were super sweet when we encountered them in the back yard a couple of times. This was a great place if you are looking to get out and explore Denver.

Great location

We appreciated the huge, comfortable bed, and the offstreet parking (rare in Denver!). The location was great for us; we were able to walk to most of the events that brought us to the city. The unit felt spacious & welcoming. The steps down to the basement could be tricky to someone with mobility challenges; we are in our later 50s and did not have problems with them. We only heard one quiet WOOF from the dogs; they were no trouble at all. We almost never heard any noise from upstairs.

Cosy apartment

Last minute conference invite and of course that means no hotel rooms, or at least none within budget. So turned to Vrbo and found this little gem. Arrived late on Monday (11pm) but with some help from the hosts, got myself some excellent pizza and a cold beer or two to wash it down. Vibrant little hood just outside the downtown core and lots of neat spots to checkout. 10 minute walk to Republic Building, and around 20 down to the conference centre, with scooters everywhere if that’s your thing. Found the rooms very comfy, streaming services on the tv, coffee maker and fridge, and a super comfy bed after a long day out in the city. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a spot close to the action, but without those crazy downtown price tags! Hosts super responsive and helpful, and the dogs are very friendly too.

Half of the apartment is completely basement with no outside light or airflow, including the bathroom. No vent in the bathroom. While the apartment was visibly clean, it became clear that a thorough cleaning had not been done, as there was very long, dark hair on the shower wall. I have a very short haircut. The bodywash in the dispenser in the shower was dry, so dud not dispense (good thing I travel with my own soap). The owners mentioned they have two large friendly dogs that will be kept in the front yard. I said I was fine with dogs. However, I returned to the place and was surprised to have two dogs half my size greet me, barking loudly. Fortunately, I am not afraid of dogs and can regulate my own nervous system. Still unpleasant. The stairs down to the apartment are short and steep and there is NO LIGHTING. The house is adjacent to two empty parking lots, through which you approach the back of the house to get to the apartment. Said dogs howled when owners were not home. Loudly. I had to reboot the internet router myself to use my laptop and try several things (voice control? Really?) to get the tv working. The non kitchen has a dorm fridge that was pretty useless. No desk and chair to work comfortably. Would not recommend.

Great Place!

Great spot in the heart of downtown. The hosts are super responsive and you definitely get bang for your buck considering the location.
