'All was good. Kat was easy to communicate with and would get back to me quickly. I hadn’t seen that there wasn’t a sink in the kitchenette; that was on me for not looking at the pics more carefully. The Poe house is very quaint and comfortable. We were happy with our stay.'

'We stayed for two nights.Very easy communication with the owner. The AC upstairs did not cool adequately, which was a bit challenging given the 80 degrees. Also, the dock to the river was broken down and difficult to access with the kayaks.Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves and the proximity to lots of beautiful sightseeing very much.'
